Additional Requirements
- Must have practical experience in Garments Accessories factories.
- Must know computer office applications & Tally.
- Part qualified of CMA & CA will get preference.
- Competency on payment terms and tax calculations added advantage.
Responsibilities & Context
- To prepare and implement monthly payments & received or income & expenditure budget of the company.
- To prepare monthly financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, and statement of cash flows)
- To monitor the day-to-day operation of the Accounts Department, handling petty cash and Tally software.
- Review the cash flow requirement to ensure sufficient funds are available for operation.
- To develop and update the internal financial operation policy and procedures.
- To ensure compliance of the bookkeeping system with standards to enforce organizational transparency.
- To prepare management accounts annually & half yearly.To prepare tax accounts annually.
- To perform all types of L/C-related work and payment follow-up.
- To make sure the source of funds is available for payment of Salary and other expenses.
- To ensure bank reconciliation.
- Any other job assigned by the management.
