Education

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
  • Islamic University,Bangladesh Islami University,National University students will get preference

Experience

  • 1 to 3 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Sanitary ware
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements

  • Practicing Muslim are preferred.
  • Experience in Sales or similar field will get preference.
  • Strong Convincing & Negotiation Skills.
  • Flexible with working hour.
  • Ability to travel anywhere.

  • Must have knowledge on office Applications (PC & Mobile).
  • Must have good oral and written communication skills in both English and Bengali.
  • Analytically & Strategy Planning Quality would be an added advantage.
  • Must be prepared to work under pressure.

  • Vast Knowledge and Experience with (Bathroom | Bathtub) Items Marketing.
  • Candidate would be responsible to deal initiation to closing.
  • Must be able to work without supervision.
  • Must be able to friendly communicate with new customer / people.

চাকরির দায়িত্বসমূহ

  • The main role of this position holder is to have the capability to take the responsibility of specific area / zonal sales and generate revenue.
  • Prepare sales plan, ensure achievement the monthly Sales target through comprehensive drive by creating customer cluster.
  • Prepare weekly action plans and perform accordingly as per plan and update the management.
  • Approach top notch corporate houses for B2B partnerships and also prepare a corporate client database to make sure the sale from them.
  • Develop new service offers and get approved from management.
  • Direct, coordinate, and review activities in sales and service accounting and record keeping.
  • Identify new business opportunity by selecting and engaging influential customers, generating sales volume by acquisition of new customers and other channel partners to ensure product coverage in the designated sales territory.
  • Follow up sales point through phone call, e-mail, physical visit basis to generate sales
  • Handle and manage key customers by regular visit & successful sales call, address business issues and provide market visit report to to the management.
  • Follow up with sales point and ensure on time payment collection.
  • Achieve Monthly sales target & KPI.
  • Plan, arrange and execute promotional activities for all product and services.
  • Coordinate with import department, Management & notify them about customer demands, trends etc.
  • Where needed provide logistic support to the company.
