Overseeing the production process as well as planning and implementing the production schedule.
Plan and perform pre-production activities to ensure quality.
It should be ensured that the production is cost effective.
Labor and production and other resources must be kept running efficiently.
Must have practical experience in cartoon and poly section work.
Monitor production process and adjust schedule as needed
Monitoring product quality.
Communicate between different departments of the factory as needed.
Working with department heads to implement company policies and goals.
Supervising and motivating related departments and personnel involved in production.
Reviewing production plan including management, capacity and energy to achieve daily target production as per plan.
Assist in achieving daily planned goals.
