- 4-5 years of experience as a Manager, Maintenance with Tonello Machine in Denim Washing Plant.
- Leadership quality with a positive attitude.
- Organizing & managing ability with problem-solving & analytical skills.
- Should be a team player having good interpersonal communication skills in Bangla and English, both oral and written.
Responsibilities & Context
- Complete Work plan for Electrical and Maintenance, Development work and supervise all electrical installation work, Electrical schedule maintenance work to keep proper records.
- Manage, monitor & supervise all electro-mechanical work and ensure efficient execution of overall electrical maintenance operations.
- Monitor preventive/predictive/reliable maintenance schedule of mechanical equipment in the plant.
- Prepare a schedule for any shut-down required for the preventive maintenance of Laundry wet process machines, Dryer, and Hydro extractor.
- Maintenance of Boiler, Compressor, and All types of Generator Set.
- Responsible for the safety of all mechanical devices for Industrial Machine
- Monitoring fuel system, steam system, compressed air system, closed cooling water system (LT&HT), and other areas of the plant to minimize consumption.
- Preparing schedule preventive as well as breakdown maintenance of the project.
- To identify problems of plant equipment and convey to maintenance team to solve the problem
- Comply with all procedures and standards of operation & maintenance as well as to follow ISO standard, Accord, Alliance for Environment, Quality Management, and Occupational Health & Safety.
- Monitor and record process parameters and take proactive maintenance plans accordingly.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports and submit to the management.
