Responsibilities & Context
Inspect vehicle engine and mechanical/electrical components to diagnose the fault accurately.
Ensure routine maintenance work (replacing fluids, lubricating parts etc.) aiming to vehicle functionality and longevity.
Repair or replace broken or dysfunctional parts if necessary.
Provide accurate estimates (cost, time, effort) for a repair or maintenance job
Ensure to use Log book by the Drivers and maintain equipment and tools in good condition
Maintain Leave record of Driver & Helper and approve their leave without compromising the service exigencies.
Minor repair has to be rectified by inhouse Technician
Able to attend the accident occurred at High way and manage to rescue our vehicle.
Periodic vehicle maintenance. (Fixed Cost, variable cost, semi variable cost calculation).Fuel consumption, mileage calculation for cost optimization purposes.
Handle 50+ cars, covered van, motorcycle including drivers.
All trouble shooting regarding Transport/Vehicle
Maintain the liaison with different automobile shop for purchasing the vehicle parts/ spare parts.
