Responsibilities & Context
- Ensure best service support for CRM vendors, ensuring zero hindrance in services provided by Organization.
- Build strong rapport with Client/vendors to gain 100% trust on Intertek, facilitating continuous improvement in customer satisfaction and market share.
- Conduct daily analysis and reporting, including monitoring report due lists, delivery status, hold progress updates, and payment collection updates.
- Conduct regular market visits to maintain close relationships with customers and organize customer engagement programs.
- Assist in increasing market share and report value increase, ensuring report delivery turnaround time (TAT) up to 80% by office time.
- Work collaboratively with the credit team to support credit collection and ensure CRM customers receive reports on time.
