Requirements

Additional Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience in the RMG, Auditing, or RMG Accessories industry is preferable.
  • Thorough knowledge of product and market dynamics.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Ensure best service support for CRM vendors, ensuring zero hindrance in services provided by Organization.
  • Build strong rapport with Client/vendors to gain 100% trust on Intertek, facilitating continuous improvement in customer satisfaction and market share.
  • Conduct daily analysis and reporting, including monitoring report due lists, delivery status, hold progress updates, and payment collection updates.
  • Conduct regular market visits to maintain close relationships with customers and organize customer engagement programs.
  • Assist in increasing market share and report value increase, ensuring report delivery turnaround time (TAT) up to 80% by office time.
  • Work collaboratively with the credit team to support credit collection and ensure CRM customers receive reports on time.
