Conducting thorough research to identify potential locations for showroom/Plaza analyzing demographic data, foot traffic patterns, and competitor analysis.
Building relationships with real estate agents, property managers, and landlords to stay informed about available spaces that meet your showroom/ Plaza requirements.
Collaborating with the manager or finance team to determine budget constraints and perform financial analysis to ensure the chosen showroom aligns with financial goals.
Organizing and conducting site visits to evaluate potential showroom/plaza based on suitability, location, size, accessibility, and other relevant factors.
Negotiating lease terms, rental rates, and other contractual terms with landlords or property owners to secure the best deal for the company.
Ensuring all necessary paperwork, leases, permits, and legal requirements are completed accurately and on time.
Collaborating with marketing, operations, and design teams to ensure the showroom/ Plaza layout and design align with brand standards and operational needs.
Overseeing the showroom/ Plaza setup process, including coordinating renovations, interior design, furniture procurement, and technology installations.
