Responsibilities & Context
We are looking for a full-time Accountant to work in our Accounts and Finance activities under Computerized Account system and manual system.
- Keeping accounts and systems up to date using software.
- Knowledge B2B LC, Prepare B2B Lc Docs, Factory Monitoring, Input – Output Inventory.
- Making PI against buyer order.
- Update Invoice Register & Bills Register regularly.
- Check Bills & Invoices with quotations & purchase orders.
- Record transactions into Cash/Bank Book with proper Codes.
- Reconcile bank accounts monthly basis.
- Financial forecasting, Monitoring spending and budgets.
- Auditing and analyzing financial performance.
- Advising on cost minimizing and increasing profit.
- Compiling and presenting financial and budget reports.
- Ensure that financial statements and records comply with laws and regulations.
- Help in annual audit completion.
- Follow financial systems and procedures.
- Keep & update Fixed Assets Register regularly.
- General office administration.
- Correspondence and contact with customers, suppliers & banks.
- Achieve Departmental yearly objectives.
