Responsibilities & Context
- Make outbound calls to our Potential Clients in all over Europe and handle different topics according to the communication script.
- Inform about our Products and Services as per Customer Needs.
- Send Products / Service Offers over the phone, WhatsApp, Viber, email etc.
- Clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions.
- Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.
- Meet personal / team qualitative and quantitative targets.
