Responsibilities & Context

The candidate will be responsible to:
- Provide all the legal advice and support on a variety of legal issues, including corporate, commercial, intellectual property, and regulatory matters
- Supervise all the land-related legal activities to ensure lawful ownership and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Review and draft company agreements and contracts to ensure legal and regulatory compliance, mitigate risks, and maintain clarity in business dealings
- Coordinate with external legal counsel as necessary to represent the company in legal proceedings
- Represent and defend the company’s interests in court proceedings, advocating in civil, criminal, and labour disputes to protect the company’s best interests in any proper Court of Justice
