CCNA, Mikrotik, Computer Hard and Network.

Responsibilities & Context

Provides support to the end-users, physically and remotely. Troubleshooting of desktop computers, laptops, printers, network and CCTV devices for remote location. Also, provides first-line support to end-users for applications and hardware. Deployment of IT infrastructures and training to the end-users. Lead projects for implementation new point, shifting or extension of Walton branch office. Provides CCTV support for NVR, DVR and Camera. Perform other duties as assigned. Meet users’ requirements and able to provide support by travelling various remote area.

Additional Responsibility : Installation , configuration , manage and maintenance of PC , laptop , CCTV , CC Camera , DVR , NVR, Router and all kinds of IT support related work.
