Education

  • Master in Social Science from any recognized University.

Experience

  • At least 10 years

Additional Requirements

  • Age 35 to 50 years

Experience

  • At least 10 years in fund raising & project proposal related field and 5 years in projects submission in government offices.
  • Total 10 years experience in relevant Position in NGO fund raising and Procurement.
  • The post-holder will need to nurture and manage a number of relations, both internal and external. She/he will manage relationships with donors, partners, governments and other stakeholders in support of fund raising.
  • She/he will need to work with Team for EOI & proposal development and profile building.
  • Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English
  • Excellent computer literacy especially MS Office applications.
  • Negotiation skills, proven through successful interactions with all levels of stakeholder groups.
  • Female candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Good communication, facilitation and motivational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure. Proposal to submit within stimulated time and meets requirements.
  • Excellent in team-work, diplomacy tact and negotiating skills are essential.

Responsibilities & Context

Key Responsibilities:

  • Commitment to DORP’s vision and mission.
  • Searching advertisement and opportunities.
  • Preparation of EOI.
  • Preparation of Proposal.
  • Maintaining Organisational profile & documents and CV’s.
  • Strong communication & relationship skill with stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely submission of proposal.
  • Ensure the coordination of proposal development, Team framing including scheduling work plan, clarifying roles and responsibilities of staffs.
  • Preparation of framework of agreement/contract with the client /consultant as per requirement.
