Responsibilities & Context
- Perform all pre & post audit works.
- Checking all kinds of bill voucher (sub-contact, transport, test, etc.)
- Salary & Wages sheet audit.
- Monthly physical inventory & reporting.
- Petty cash, entertainment bill, loading & unloading, labor bills, etc.
- Prepare and check audit plans weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis for the company.
- Invoice checking and verifying the figures·
- Checking of all kinds of credit, cash, and adjustment bills·
- Purchase rate analysis with the procurement department·
- To verify compliance with legal and regulatory requirements·
- Any other relevant task assigned by the concerned reporting.
