Responsibilities & Context
- Set targets and prepare production planning as per the yearly sales budget
- Ensure quality production and on-time delivery of the ready-mix concrete
- Prepare the budget for plant and ensure optimum resource utilization and materials allocation for efficient and quality production
- Manage RMC truck movement and distribution process
- Manage, evaluate, monitor, and coach the workforce assigned to the plant and train all members of the maintenance team
- Direct and monitor machine maintenance, and equipment use to minimize unforeseen problems and reduce breakdown time to increase productivity
- Plan and ensure inventory of materials and spare parts for smooth production
- Ensure safety and environmental regulation compliance and maintain a safe working environment
- Prepare and analyze periodical statements on production and quality
