Responsibilities & Context
Job Context:
Riseup Labs is looking for a few expert and skilled “Customer Service Specialist” to support one of its international food ordering clients. You will be responsible for managing and handling back-office order processing for a large food chain company.
Job Responsibilities:
- Providing proper guest support via phone
- Take and place orders according to customer demands
- Update orders and details on CRM/Required platform
- Assist and suggest different toppings or items to customers
- Handle customer complaints and assist them properly
- Fully monitor and understand each order Up-sell additional items if asked
Additional Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English Language (Speaking, Listening & Writing)
- Must pay attention to every detail
- Excellent communication & multi-tasking skills
- Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service/ support industry
- Able to work night shift/ day shift on roaster basis
Working Hours:
- Roaster basis; Night shift (8 Pm – 5 Am)
