Requirements

- Master’s degree in any discipline. B.Ed. /M.Ed. will be preferred. Experienced candidates in the relevant field can apply even if they have passed graduation.

- Age at least 25 years
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in education programs and Training facilitation in NGO/INGO or other Development Organizations.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in supervising teachers of non-formal education.
- Conduct teachers’ training in collaboration with donors and local administration.§ Proper knowledge of education programs.
- Knowledge of lesson plans & class monitoring capacity.
- Knowledge of proper program record kipping skills.
- Basic computer skills in MS Office.
- Host & Camp level working experience will be highly preferred.
- Knowledge of the local language will be an asset.
Responsibilities & Context
Jagorani Chakra Foundation (JCF) is a national voluntary social welfare organization. JCF is implementing Bureau of Population, Refugees and Migration (BPRM) project supported by Save the Children.
- To ensure the quality implementation of the project, JCF intends to recruit project staff from qualified candidates of Bangladeshi nationals.
- Supervise teachers and assist with the daily operation of the project.
- Assist with the scheduling of teachers and outreach events.
- Maintain a strong external presence within the community while promoting programs and services.§ Participation in meetings, workshops, training, etc.
- Support to MEAL Officer and Technical Officer in organizing meetings and training.
- Highly preferred for the local language of the candidate.
- Home visit of absentee learners.
- Communication with the project team, local government, and other stakeholders.
- Organize logistics for field activities.
- Follow the organization’s Child Safeguarding, PSEA, Gender, and WB Policy.
Compensation & Other Benefits
Consolidated Tk. 34,000 per month and other admissible benefits as per organizational policy as well as the project.
