- 2-3 years of working experience in related manufacturing industry and specifically in maintenance function. Ability to lead and manage team Good communication skills
Responsibilities & Context
- Conduct preventive/predictive/condition based maintenance as per schedule.
- Ensure to maintain power consumption in acceptable range.
- Update the consumption of spares related data in ERP database.
- Ensure timely completion of breakdown related activities within the unit.
- Prepare and update MIS/Oracle/ERP related data of electrical maintenance.
- Upkeep all the document pertaining to machine AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) and process manuals.
- Ensure the quality of repair and maintenance related work done by technicians.
- Ensure safety by using PPE and maintenance of PPE properly at workplace.
