Responsibilities & Context
- Create and implement talent acquisition plans to satisfy the company’s hiring requirements.
- Work together to determine job requirements and staffing needs with department heads and hiring managers.
- Keep an eye on the hiring process, from job posting to onboarding, to guarantee a satisfying experience for candidates.
- Use a variety of platforms, like job boards, social media, networking gatherings, and employee recommendations, to find and entice outstanding talent.
- Establish and preserve connections with alternative talent sources, including outside recruitment firms.
- Establish and oversee a productive applicant tracking system (ATS) to optimize the hiring procedure.
- Track and examine hiring metrics to evaluate the success of hiring tactics and make informed decisions.
