Responsibilities & Context

Create and implement talent acquisition plans to satisfy the company’s hiring requirements.
Work together to determine job requirements and staffing needs with department heads and hiring managers.
Keep an eye on the hiring process, from job posting to onboarding, to guarantee a satisfying experience for candidates.
Use a variety of platforms, like job boards, social media, networking gatherings, and employee recommendations, to find and entice outstanding talent.
Establish and preserve connections with alternative talent sources, including outside recruitment firms.
Establish and oversee a productive applicant tracking system (ATS) to optimize the hiring procedure.
Track and examine hiring metrics to evaluate the success of hiring tactics and make informed decisions.
