Responsibilities & Context
- Overseeing the planning and implementation of merchandising strategies to optimize product assortments and maximize sales and profitability.
- Lead and deal with the Buyers independently for all the merchandising activities including marketing, sales, instant price quotation, negotiation and sourcing.
- Arrange all kinds of yarns, fabrics & accessories both from local and foreign sources as required for sampling and production by leading a team effectively.
- Keep liaison with Buyer for all the merchandising activities like order booking, processing, order follow up & export planning.
- To act as a leader among all concerned parties with a view to ensure timely execution and shipments of order.
- Analyzing market trends, customer preferences, and sales data to make informed decisions on product selection, pricing, and inventory management.
Compensation & Other Benefits
Salary Breakdown:
Basic salary-USD 1700,
House rent-USD 300,
Medical-USD 50
Conveyance-USD 50
or equivalent BDT per month.
