Responsibilities & Context

  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies and plans to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
  • Setting sales goals, forecast revenue, and develop budgets in alignment with overall business objectives
  • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team
  • Providing ongoing coaching, support, and motivation to team members
  • Conducting regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement
  • Overseeing the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness
  • Implementing and optimizing sales processes, tools, and technologies to enhance productivity
  • Monitoring and analyzing sales performance metrics, and generate reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Addressing customer concerns and resolve issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of customer needs and market dynamics
  • Collaborating with marketing, product development, and other departments to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives
  • Communicating sales strategies, goals, and progress to senior management and the sales team
  • Representing the sales team in cross-functional meetings and provide input on company-wide initiatives
  • Conducting market research to identify new sales opportunities and understand competitive dynamics
  • Analyzing sales data and market trends to inform strategic decision-making and planning
  • Utilizing insights from market research to adjust sales strategies and improve performance
  • Developing and managing the sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources
  • Monitoring sales expenses and implement cost-control measures to achieve profitability targets
  • Preparing financial forecasts and reports related to sales performance
