Requirements

Education

• B.Sc. in Civil Engineering, preferably from Public Engineering Universities and renowned private engineering universities like MIST, IUT, AUST, Diploma holders with adequate experience may be considered

Experience

  Manufacturing (FMCG), Training Institutes, Shipping, Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Group of Companies, Chemical Industries, Cement Industry, Paper, Steel, LPG Gas/Cylinder Gas

We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join this team in the role of Engineer (Quality Control) for Bashundhara Ready Mix & Construction Industries Ltd. (Precust pile and wall panel Project), Mirsharai, Chattogram.

Responsibilities:-

• Monitor and supervise the civil construction works Quality issues at the factory premise during the project phase
• Establish casting and quality check requirements to ensure smooth operation and adherence to quality standards throughout the production process
• Develop and specify concrete mix design to ensure optimal performance and quality standards
• Evaluate and specify concrete slump test, cylinder compressive strength test and other quality tests to ensure compliance with standards
• Manage, inspire and lead the QC teams to ensure operation and continuous improvement in quality
