We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join this team in the role of Executive Engineer (Production) for Bashundhara Ready Mix & Construction Industries Ltd. (Precast pile and wall panel Project), Mirsharai, Chattogram
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the civil construction works at the factory premise during the project phase
- Plan and Prepare operation/production schedules for all machines to ensure smooth and effective operation
- Develop daily, weekly, and monthly operation/production plans and yearly operation budgets and achieve them accordingly
- Develop and specify concrete mix design to ensure optimal performance and quality standards
- Communicate with the supply chain department to arrange required raw materials in due time.
