Responsibilities & Context
- Experience with network devices such as Cisco, MikroTik,
- Juniper and Fortinet.
- Understanding of Wi-Fi routers and access points routing protocols is beneficial.
- Ensure proper maintenance of Server, Data Analysis, Deep knowledge on Network (LAN & WAN), Router, Switch etc.
- Manage the deployment, development, monitoring, maintenance, upgrading, and support of organizational IT network systems, including operating systems, servers, PCs, software, ERP, email, and IP phones.
- Windows SQL Server, Office 365, excellent knowledge on Excel.
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners. Assist IT Administrator by managing and updating inventory of IT equipment.
- Installed of different types of CCTV cameras as per drawing diagrams. Knowledge of multiple types of CCTV systems, PABX System, Sound system & Cabling.
- Troubleshoot cameras, DVRs, NVRs, computers, peripherals, and other hardware.
- Receive complaints from various users within a specific time frame and ensure regular maintenance of Hardware, LAN, CCTV, IP phone, attendance device and more
- Good knowledge of network protocols (i.e. TCP/IP, UDP, DHCP, HTTP etc.)
- Configure AD, Linux OS and ensure daily backup all server.
- IT proficiency – advanced level skill is a must in MS Office package (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook).
