Manufacturing (FMCG), Multinational Companies, Food (Packaged)/BeverageAdditional Requirements
Major in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or similar Fields.
Willingness to travel occasionally for supplier visits or industry conferences.
Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate different time zones or urgent supply chain issues.
Honest, ethical, dependable & Positive go-getter attitude.
Should be able to Work in a Team & Empathetic skills Proactive & able to work under pressure Being Analytical & Data-Driven Multitasking & Adaptability Skills.
Computer skilI, Interpersonal skill, Local market & suppliers Procurement.

Price offer collection and negotiation against requisition
CS creation after price negotiation and verification.
Purchase order generation & submit to the supplier after approval
Follow up with the supplier to ensure delivery as required by the factory.
Coordinate with factory/production to plan procurementProcess all bills and submit to Audit/A&F dept.
Ensure all suppliers payableSource new suppliers as needed for the organization
Any Import and commercial activities assigned by management (PI collection, LC approval, Documents collection, etc.)
Any other task assigned by management.
