Minimum 2+ years of experience in professional software engineering for overseas clients, (experience in Supply Chain, payments, e-commerce, or marketplace platforms is a plus.) Experienced and skilled in front-end implementation with ReactJS inertia. Experienced and skilled in Mobile App development with React Native Familiar with PHP Laravel for API development and other relevant MVC frameworks. Skilled in Laravel API integration with Mobile App and Web Experienced and skilled in MySQL database design, query writing, etc. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, object model, DOM manipulation and event handlers, data structures, algorithms, JSX, and Babel Complete understanding of ReactJS and its main fundamentals like JSX, Virtual DOM, component lifecycle, etc. Preceding experience with ReactJS workflows like Flux, Redux, Create React App, data structure libraries Understanding of RESTful APIs, HTML/CSS, ES6 (variables and scoping, array methods), code versioning tools like GIT, SVN, etc., popular front-end development tools, CI/CD tools, DevOps, performance testing frameworks like NPM. Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements A knack for benchmarking and optimization Familiarity with code versioning tools Having a good sense of UI/UX for screen designs. Desire to be involved in product definition and motivated by using technology to solve real-world problems.
Responsibilities & Context
We are looking for a great JavaScript developer who is proficient with React.js. Your primary focus will be on developing user interface components and implementing them following well-known React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux). You will ensure that these components and the overall application are robust and easy to maintain. You will coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem-solving, sophisticated design, and quality products is important. Spaceship is transforming traditional real estate by building a network of storage, co-warehousing, and co-working hubs in Singapore. We are also building a platform of micro-urban fulfilment centers located within the local community that enables businesses to store retail inventory, operate day-to-day, fulfil e-commerce orders, and deliver products to their customers. We are a Singapore-based venture capital-funded startup and we are looking to scale up our offshore software development team in Bangladesh. In your day-to-day role, you will be responsible for building the future of our customer-facing apps and internal modules across both web and mobile.
