Responsibilities & Context

The training unit is accountable for the overall developmental needs of the company to drive learning initiatives and other developmental interventions.

  • Conducting training need assessment (TNA) and finalizing annual training plan and budgeting.
  • Coordinating and facilitating all kinds of training including sales, PIP, functional/technical, induction, soft skills and awareness-health & safety training programs all over Bangladesh.
  • Designing and developing new training modules as per stakeholders’ recommendations.
  • Planning and drafting training evaluation tools such as pre-test, post-test, role play, case study etc. as a part of continuous improvement.
  • Maintaining participants’ feedback reports as a part of training evaluation e.g., satisfaction survey, net promoter score (NPS) etc.
  • Monitoring learning execution and analyzing training impact on business as per management guidelines.
  • Assisting sales assessment center/performance development center in identifying the high potential employees for suitable positions/job rotation.
  • Implementing “Orientation Program” for sales and corporate employees.
  • Fixing training target to cover average no. of 7/8 (functional/soft skills/sales, induction & awareness) program per month including HO, Sales & Factory staffs.
  • Ensuring training vendor for getting venue & logistics support in accordance with relevant business unit.
  • Regularly updating training database/MIS and reporting to the line manager with other respected stakeholders.
  • Arranging & circulating the top performer award/recognition program for sales & marketing (digital flyer & certificate/non-monetary benefits).
  • Drafting & communicating flyers, newsletters or others digital tools for e-learning & employee engagement.
  • Rolling the different sales motivational sessions (sales conferences) at various locations.
  • Managing and coordinating all the external training programs as required by HODs/functional heads.
  • Any other tasks assigned by line manager/management.
