Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the requirements and responsibilities of open positions
Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to identify potential candidates
Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management
Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Provide interview feedback and recommendations to hiring managers
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Communicate regularly with candidates to keep them informed of their status
Promote the company as an employer of choice through various branding initiatives
Participate in job fairs, campus recruitment, and other recruitment events
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal requirements
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities
Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment metrics
Assist in the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the organization
