We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Merchandiser with a minimum of 3 years of experience in sourcing office and 2 years of experience in a factory setting. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the industry and will be well-versed in dealing with renowned brands such as Inditex, LPP, Max, Sergeant Major, and Koton.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the merchandising team in developing and implementing sourcing strategies to meet company objectives.
- Oversee the sourcing and production process from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.
- Maintain relationships with key suppliers and negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms.
- Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure product alignment with market trends and customer demands.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
