Responsibilities & Context
- Identify and qualify potential customers in the target markets (apparel brands, garment manufacturers, etc.)
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
- Generate leads and convert them into sales through effective prospecting techniques
- Understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable fabrics from your portfolio
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations showcasing fabrics and their benefits
- Negotiate and close sales deals, securing profitable contracts
- Manage customer accounts, ensuring timely order fulfillment and satisfaction
- Process and track sales orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Monitor customer relationships, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Proven experience in B2B sales and marketing within the textile or apparel industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsStrong understanding of fabric types, properties, and applications
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and develop trustProficiency in marketing tools and technologies (CRM, social media)
