Job Description / Responsibility :

Overall Control materials-incoming imports and local purchase.
Update daily and weekly warehouse stock to management.
Regular Inventory management system at Store.
Support to store management for store operation in receiving inspection, storage, issuance & transfer of items as per company policy.
Plan, implement & utilize optimum use of warehouse space.
Prepare stock reports on daily, weekly & monthly basis.
Incoming material (GRR) received. Material verify with gate pass / Challan and record to stock register, BIN card and posting in software daily.
Ensure proper storage of products to assure quality as per ISO requirement.
Ensure compliance of warehouse activities and implement health & safety measures as per company policy.
Ensure goods inbound & out bound, warehouse management, safety and security within the store and ensure proper deliveries.
Monitor warehouse activities to ensure that goods are stored correctly and safely and warehouse space is used efficiently.
Managing distribution & delivery process efficiently and effectively
Report any shortage or irregularity to authority instantly.
Report to departmental Head.
Update the stocks instantly.
