Responsibilities & Context
Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategy:·
- Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media and display advertising.
- Develop, implement and manage marketing campaigns that promote the company products and services.
Manage Social Media Presence:
- Oversee the company’s social media accounts to ensure brand consistency.
- Create and share engaging content daily, responding the followers and tracking campaign progress.
Analyze and report performance:
- Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
- Use analytics tools to monitor website traffic and user engagement, generating report and presenting insight to optimize strategies.
Content creation and management:
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
- Manage the creation and distribution of engaging written or graphic content.
SEO and SEM:
- Optimize website and content for search engines.
- Manage and improved the online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics.
Email Marketing:
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns.
- Ensure email content is engaging, accurate, and effectively segmented.
Stay Updated with Industry Trends:
- Stay current with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
- Research and implement new technologies to keep the company ahead of industry development.
Budget management:
- Manage digital marketing budgets and allocate resources to various channels.
- Track and report on budge performance.
Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with the sales and product teams to support promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate with external agencies and partners to ensure seamless execution of marketing activities.
Customer Engagement:
- Develop strategies to increase customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Implement tools and method to gather feedback and insights.
Campaign optimization:
- Continuously test and optimize marketing campaigns to improve ROI,
- Use A/B testing and other methodologies to identify the most effective strategies.
Lead Generation:
- Develop strategies to generate lead through digital channels.
- Nurture leads through targeted campaigns and follow-up.
