Responsibilities & Context
- Daily report Prepare: bank deposit details, cash, incentive, dealer opening & closing balance information, & give the final Excel to the supervisor.
- Checking the deposit slip with the bank statement & then giving batch approval & verifying the order (Dealer, Non-Company, & Live Demo Dealer).
- Incentive & adjustment money Add & Check-in CRM & then give batch approval & make excel statement.
- All cash, live demos, and order deposit money are input into the system.
- Security money checks, prepare money receipts & make monthly security money statements.
- T-shirt & Winter Jacker money check, prepare money receipt & challan copy.
- Area-wise incentive adjustment money receipt & closing balance Information.
- Reconcile bank statements.
- Collect incentive adjustment money receipt & closing balance confirmation letter.
- Monitoring & communicating with all area accountants & ASM & dealers.
- Preparing Monthly Incentive & adjustment statements & checking Binding & keeping hard Copies.
- Any other work assigned by management.
