We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced E-commerce Manager to lead our online retail operations. This role is crucial for driving our digital sales strategy, enhancing our online presence and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
E-commerce Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies to drive online sales growth and enhance customer engagement.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
Website Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day management of our e-commerce website, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly shopping experience.
- Collaborate with web developers and designers to optimize website functionality, design, and performance.
Digital Marketing:
- Coordinate with the digital marketing team to develop and execute online marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing initiatives, adjusting strategies to maximize ROI.
Product Management:
- Work closely with the product development and inventory teams to manage online product listings, ensuring accurate and compelling product descriptions, images, and pricing.
- Implement and manage promotional campaigns, discounts, and special offers.
Customer Experience:
- Enhance the online shopping experience by implementing best practices in customer service, user interface design, and website navigation.
