Responsibilities & Context
We are a 100% export-oriented renowned Denim Garments Manufacturer, looking for a dynamic, energetic and analytical candidate for the “Junior Executive/Executive – HR” position. The incumbent must have initiative, experience and the drive to deliver high-quality results.
- RMG experience is a MUST.
- Assist in coordinating recruitment activities, such as posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records.
- Support the onboarding or orientation of the workers and junior staff.
- Follow up Disciplinary actions and conduct departmental inquiries & grievances.
- Prepare Manpower budget and provide reports to management.
- Follow-up Appointment processing for newcomers, and exit interviews of the leaving employees.
- Ensure the SOP for transfer of employees, increments, promotions, separations, and other related work.
- Ensure the application of labor laws.
- Assist in administrative work such as making transfers and templates, keeping records, and reviewing HR policies.
- Help the organization ensure compliance with all applicable laws.
- Other assignments given by the management and reporting head.
