Position Overview:

We’re looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Manager. This role is crucial for managing our financial operations and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our accounting processes.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll (bank deposit details, cash, incentive, dealer/vendor/supplier opening & closing balance information, & give the final Excel to the supervisor)
  • Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with established accounting standards and regulations.
  • Manage month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Develop and implement robust accounting policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and ensure compliance.
  • Coordinate and manage annual audits, liaising with external auditors and providing necessary documentation and support.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to the management to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support overall business goals and objectives, ensuring seamless financial integration.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Set up a positive mind for any other tasks assigned by the management from time to time.
  • Review your own performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
