Responsibilities & Context
- Collaborate with designers, pattern makers, and suppliers to develop garment samples and prototypes.
- Review and provide technical input on garment designs, specifications, and construction methods to ensure feasibility and maneuverability.
- Create and maintain detailed technical specifications for garments, including measurements, construction techniques, materials and finishes.
- Ensure that specifications comply with industry standards and customer requirements.
- Establish and enforce quality control processes to monitor the production of garments.
- Conduct inspections and tests at various stages of production to identify and address any quality issues, ensuring that garments meet the required standards.
- General supervision and technical guidance to the QA Staff in the analysis, design, testing, and quality of production.
Compensation & Other Benefits
Basic salary-USD 1600,
House rent-USD 300,
Medical-USD 50
Conveyance-USD 50
or equivalent BDT per month.
