Responsibilities & Context
- Receive SPR from the concerned department, collect quotation/offer from Vendor, Negotiate, prepare CS, select vendor, take Management approval, create purchase order.
- Process bills of the suppliers against the purchased order after delivered the goods.
- Conform vendor’s payable balance from time to time by the discussion with accounts & related department
- Monitor stock & maintain purchase records through software (ERP) and produce reports regularly.
- Adjustment of Working in Advance, PDC, IOU and Cash requisitions concerned bill and other payments on time.
- Collect quotations from different suppliers and prepare CS for Management approval.
- Maintain liaison with the factory management in connection with requisition, and supply of goods/materials on time.
- Ensure on-time delivery of materials to the factory
Produce different types of reports as and when required.
- Any other duties assigned by the management from time to time.
