Minimum SSC pass.
Diploma in Hotel Management (Certified Professional Chef Course) will get preferences.

Meet and exceed customer and team member expectations by providing Yes I Can! service and teamwork.
To trim, clean and maintaining per stock portion of meat and fish.
Receive deliveries of meat and inspect them to ensure that they adhere to the highest quality standards and are not expired.
Prepares work checklist and organizes work stations for each shift, maintaining high levels of productivity and sanitation at all times.
Consults with supervisor regarding menus, controls the portioning and rotation of foods to optimize food costs while maintaining the standards.
Gives personal attention, takes personal responsibility and uses teamwork when providing guest service.
Should have knowledge of using skewers, bone knives, twine and other tools to lace, tie and shape roasts as per requirement.
Performs other duties required to provide the service brand behavior and genuine hospitality.
Adheres to hotel policies and procedures
