Responsibilities & Context
- Develop and implement commercial strategies in alignment with company goals.
- Lead and mentor the commercial team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with senior management to set financial and strategic objectives. Oversee the preparation, negotiation, and management of contracts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements.
- Manage contract disputes and claims, providing resolution strategies.
- Monitor financial performance, ensuring projects are delivered within budget and financial targets are met.
- Conduct financial analysis and reporting to inform decision-making.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and government agencies.
- Negotiate and manage commercial agreements with stakeholders.
- Represent the company at industry events and forums.
- Support project teams in delivering infrastructure projects on time and within budget.
- Ensure project risks are identified and mitigated.
- Implement best practices in project management and commercial operations.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends in the infrastructure sector.
- Manage and provide necessary export and import documents for smooth export-import process in company.
- Freight Forwarder/Shipping Agent/CNF management.
- Closely working with the Management.
- Proven experience in a commercial leadership role within the infrastructure/RMG/FMGH sector.
- Strong understanding of contract law, financial management, and project management.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
