Responsibilities & Context
Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Help prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets.
Support the monitoring and management of accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Assist in conducting regular financial audits and reconciliations.
Help with the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely filing.
Assist in payroll processing and ensure accurate salary disbursements.
Liaise with external auditors and financial institutions as needed.
Provide support in financial analysis and insights to aid decision-making.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Collect cash and submit account statements to the head office on a daily basis.
Ensure proper maintenance of books of accounts.
Assist the finance team with various accounting tasks as needed.
