Position: Area Sales Manager[ASM]/Divisional Sales Manager [DSM]

Brief Job Description:
- Conduct sales calls and visits to retailers, wholesalers, institutions, pharmacy shops, and outlets to achieve primary and secondary sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Manage distributors and sub-distributors within the assigned area.
- Execute Point of Sale Materials (POSM) strategies effectively.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify threats and opportunities.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to the supervisor.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Ensure strict adherence to Sales Force Key Performance Indicators (SFKPIs).
- Gain in-depth knowledge of the company’s products, including their benefits and usage.
- Stay updated on new products and developments within the company and the industry.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as legal and regulatory requirements of the country.
