  • Bachelor degree in any discipline from a reputed university.
  • A Master’s degree in business administration will be an added qualification for the post, but not mandatory.

Position: Area Sales Manager[ASM]/Divisional Sales Manager [DSM]

Brief Job Description:

  • Conduct sales calls and visits to retailers, wholesalers, institutions, pharmacy shops, and outlets to achieve primary and secondary sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Manage distributors and sub-distributors within the assigned area.
  • Execute Point of Sale Materials (POSM) strategies effectively.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify threats and opportunities.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to the supervisor.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  • Ensure strict adherence to Sales Force Key Performance Indicators (SFKPIs).
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of the company’s products, including their benefits and usage.
  • Stay updated on new products and developments within the company and the industry.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as legal and regulatory requirements of the country.
