Textile, Group of Companies, Sweater Industry, Dyeing Factory
Additional Requirements

- Knowledge about Yarn Dyeing Process, Terms & Software.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Well behaved & honesty is a must.
Responsibilities & Context
- Coordinating all reporting work given by the Department’s DMD.
- Preparing “Pro Forma invoices (PI)” and “Yarn Dyeing Order” and submitting scanned copies to the buyer through the mail.
- Following up the Dyeing order and Production with a high degree of personal responsibility.
- Prepare “Sample Orders” given by the buyer and place them to the factory (If sales team members are on out duty).
- Daily cross-checking of L/C with the Commercial Department.
- Respond to customers’ queries and provide fast feedback accordingly.
- Preparing daily, weekly & monthly Issued “PI” and “Dyeing Order” reports.
- Communicating with various departments like Commercial, Dyeing and Production daily.
- Maintaining coordination with the Sales and Marketing teams.
- Updating Yarn’s Price list.
- Program development and prepare meeting reports.
- Updating customer-wise master file.
- Maintain necessary Records, Documents and Databases.
