Currently, we are looking for self driven, honest, dedicated and experience individuals for the position of Regional Incharge (Sales & Mktg – Feed).

Job Responsibilities: All type of Feed Sales & Marketing

• Develop and review plan, policy and budget for all type of Feed sales & mktg.
• Ensure effective communication with Feed dealers, farmers and Feed Sales & Marketing team.
• Analyze sales trends, preparing market plan and annual sales forecast on Feed.
• Arranging annual/biannual/monthly dealers conference & coordination meeting.
• Identifying problems and make agreeable solutions for increasing feeds selling.
• Generate new ideas and techniques for all type of Feed sales & mktg.
• Achieving the goals as per target.
• Evaluating competitor’s activities and product performance.
• Innovating new markets & developing relations with new and existing Feed dealers/farmers.
• Any other assignment given by the management/superior.
