Additional Requirements

• Age 24 to 35 years

• Experience: Two years of experience.
• Sound knowledgeable about issuing tickets, hotels/packages, or both.
• Should have knowledge of the reservation system.
• Computer literacy and fluency in English are expected.

Responsibilities & Context

There is one job vacancy. Responsibilities include implementing effective reservation, ticketing, visa, and sales processes using creative products and marketing policies. Additional responsibilities include:-

• Informing top management on the objectives for reservation, ticketing, visa, and sales.
• Professionally cultivating client contacts with relevant entities of interest.
• Conducting Tele Sales and Customer Surveys while dealing with linked customers.
• Responding to emails regarding issues, reissues, and refunds.
• Updating Database.
