Responsibilities & Context
There is one job vacancy. Responsibilities include implementing effective reservation, ticketing, visa, and sales processes using creative products and marketing policies. Additional responsibilities include:-
- Informing top management on the objectives for reservation, ticketing, visa, and sales.
- Professionally cultivating client contacts with relevant entities of interest.
- Conducting Tele Sales and Customer Surveys while dealing with linked customers.
- Responding to emails regarding issues, reissues, and refunds.
- Updating Database.
