Responsibilities & Context
- Handle all HR Operations in effectively and efficiently manner.
- Provide strategic HR support to senior management to achieve organizational goals.
- Design and execute HR plans and programs that support the company’s objectives.
- Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Maintain a talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand and meet their hiring needs.
- Handle employee grievances and other concerns related to conflict management.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data to develop retention strategies.
- Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- Conduct salary surveys and benchmarking to ensure market competitiveness.
- Oversee payroll administration and ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Update and enforce HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Manage HR audits and address any compliance issues.
- Manage HR information systems (HRIS) to streamline HR processes.
