Responsibilities & Context
· Manage and Review Billing Processes (Accounts Payable/ Receivable).
· Cost Benefit Analysis of each activity in business Processes, identifying Key and critical processes to operate at optimum Cost.
· Monitor the monthly and actual expenses to expenditure, projection of fund disbursement plan.
· Prepare and maintain Bank related transactions in the recommended software.
· Prepare Bank Reconciliation.
· Maintain receipts and Payment Vouchers, Cash Book, Ledger and different register to Finance and Accounts.
· Maintain daily expenditures, vouchers, Requisition.
· Maintain daily sales, and delivery.
· Maintain all account books/registers/ledgers etc.
· Entry all kinds of accounting adjustment transaction in software.
· Prepare monthly salary statements and arrange salary payments to the staff.
· Manage and disburse cash.
· Prepare VAT return.
· Maintain TDS & VDS
