Responsibilities & Context

  • Visit Client Location to Provide Software and hardware support.
  • Hardware and Software Installation.
  • Providing IT support and solving technical problems in both a stand-alone and a network environment.
  • Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications.
  • Software Maintenance.
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware. software and network faults.
  • Providing technical support (physically & remotely) on call basis and in schedule.
  • Managing stocks of all IT accessories.
  • Installing and configuring computer hardware, CCTV, software systems, networks, printers and scanners.
  • Find out customer’s requirement and presenting appropriately to ensure sale.
  • Capability to travel intensively within Bangladesh.
  • Achieve reasonable given sales target.
  • Follow up all customer’s daily basis.
  • Report to Top Management daily basis.
