Responsibilities & Context

  • Achieve ABP Target for each financial year.
  • Maintain relationships with existing customers by ensuring customer support, product and service information.
  • Develop strategy for new and additional sales opportunities.
  • Coordinate with potential clients and meet their requirement.
  • Capture and resolve customer complain as per company policy.
  • Seek feedback from customer end and develop plan accordingly.
  • Actively participate in the annually and quarterly cycle plan activities.
  • Collect market information to strengthen market intelligence activities.
  • Ensuring of sales collection within due time frame.
  • Increasing of the number of corporate fold to enhance business.
