Responsibilities & Context

Deputy manager will be responsible for planning, conducting, and monitoring training sessions for all staff, as well as managing procurement processes to support project implementation. This role includes providing technical and logistic support for organizing training, meetings, workshops, and orientations. Additionally will oversee Govt. liaison, budget management, and ensure compliance with policies and guidelines.

Prepare plan and module for the all kind of Training for the all staff.

Conduct training sessions as a facilitator, including play pedagogy, curriculum development on play , child mental health and psychosocial support , Psychological first aid, Interpersonal psycho-therapy etc

Monitor and follow up on training sessions in the field, maintaining the proper chain of training sessions

Provide technical and logistic support to organize training, meeting, workshop and orientations as per programme needs.

Leading and implanting yearly procurement plan and initiate purchase requisitions for project implementation.

Procure 100% of project materials following the procurement policy and guidelines.

Keeping regular follow-up until submission the bills for ensuring the burn rate of the budget.

Lead to collecting FD-7, RRRC related approval and ensure timely submission to the respective authority through the government liaison team.

Provide support to CFS managers and follow up to submit necessary documents to CiCs for project implementation approval.

Lead to ensure the CiC visit the project activities and collect all the necessary documents of the project completion and submit it to the UNO and DC office for getting Prottayon Pattra (NOC, certificate).To arrange RRRC approval for foreign visitors collaboration with Govt. liaison

Properly store all the project purchased materials, High Energy Biscuits and distribute it according to the distribution plan to the branches.

Assuring the vehicle support to the program person according to their need for implementing the project activities smoothly.

Coordination with the different sectors and liaison for the CiCs, UNO, RRRC and DC office.

Warehouse maintenance with the assigned staff, follow up and plan for the purchase including distribution plan.

Regular update google sheet for budget burn rate according to the purchase order.

Coach, train and mentor staffs with the aim of strengthening their capacity, exchanging knowledge within the team and providing professional development guidance.

Planning of activities: Provide weekly and monthly work plan.

Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme’s goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.

Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.

Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
